Do I need 3 paystubs to file H1b?

Hello All,

My prospect employer is willing to sponsor H1B. But I guess my joining date at this employer wont allow me to have 3 pay stubs until 1st April. Do I really need to submit paystubs(3) while filing H1B?

Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You don’t need “3” pay stubs. You need enough pay stubs to show you were legally working for how long you were working. If you were working for 3 weeks by the time your H-1B is filed, they want to see the pay stubs for the 3 weeks. USCIS will want to see proof that you have been employed and have not exceeded 90 days of unemployment time on OPT.

Nope technically as the start date for employment can be Oct 1st.
