    Can I apply for H1B on 1st April? Visa Screen done by End of April.

    I would get my visa screen by april end. Can I apply for H1B on1st April,2013 even though I don't have a document as its predicted, seats would get full by apil 5th.My OPT expires on Oct 23,13.

    Do you have other evidence of your credentials? Even if you don't have the visa screen, you may want to apply by the April 1 deadline with other evidence of your credentials to ensure that you are eligible for the H-1B lottery if one is held. Continue to work on obtaining the visa screen so that when you receive an RFE asking for it, you have it to provide.

      I do... should I submit the results of clep exams too when I file for H1B?
