H1B during CPT (Using UG Degree)

I'm pursuing my MBA (Non STEM) and I'll be graduating in May 2015.
I'm currently interning with a company and they've offered me a full time position starting from May 2015.

They're also interested in applying for my H1B in this March/April using my UG degree (BE CSE).

1. Should I ask my employer to wait until my graduation to apply for H1B? Are there any disadvantages by applying in March/April with UG degree?
2. Same question (Q1) if my degree is STEM?

1 only disadvantage is u can not use opt tax benefits .. Since u only get 1 yr opt i would not recommend to wait till next yr for h1 ..

Its better you file h1 visa this time as its not easy to get it because of lottery system.

In opt you pay 18% tax, moreover showing your tutions fees in w2 tax return you can get most of your tax money refunded, in h1 u need to pay abt 33% income tax.

since you dont have stem extention just think if it was not picked in 2016 whats your situation? just if you think of taxes you will need to join again in univ for status

You should file h1 this april because non stem people have very less chances on getting h1 these days because of the lottery. Taxes and all are just insignificant benefits of opt.
