H1B filling with 2 Master's

Hello all, i already have a MS without Stem extension from a public university and accredited. As i dont have Stem Extension i am planning for a 2nd MS with Stem extension from some university but the university is not accredited and MS from uni B doesn't fall under Master's quota for H1B. So if i am on OPT with 2nd MS from Uni B will i be able to file H1B under Master's quota based on my 1st MS or i have to use MS degree which gave me OPT?

Any way if u use opt already then u r not eligible to get it again ..
And be carefull with those unaccredited unis .. They may cause trouble in future

Without Stem or with stem you will be on Masters quota and your opt is valid for first Ms

One can get OPT only once for a particular level of education. MS once, PhD once. You will not be eligible for OPT for the second masters unless u did not apply for the first masters. For your questions 1. Yes 2. Not mandatory
