Cap exempt to cap subject H1b

Hi I am currently on H4 and have an employer(staffing agency which partners with a research organization) ready to sponsor non cap H1b right now and then in April 2015 file cap h1b. My question is 1) if and when I have to go for stamping will there be problems?
2) any suggestions who has transferred from Non cap H1b to cap H1b, anything that I have to be aware of?

1. Why would there be problems? Is there some issue that you see that could cause a problem?
2. There isn’t anything special. Just remember that the cap H-1B will not go into effect until October 1, 2015. If your non-cap job ends before October 1, you will need to change your status immediately back to H-4 or leave the country so that you will not be out of status. You will need to talk to your employer’s attorney about how this affects the cap H-1B.

3 u have to have valid status to stay . u may have 60 day grace period from may .. It is not enough to cover till oct 1
4 regular 2-6 months .. Premium 15days from Testking E10-001 brain dumps the processing start date ( some ware in may .hope fully no rfe )
