H1B with MNC VS H1B with an Staffing agency

Hello
I work for an MNC in India.I got married recently. My husband is currently a student on F1, working on CPT.

My manager wants me to continue in the project and promised me that the company will file H1 and I can work in USA from December 2015. My work location in USA will be the same as my husbands.

There is another employer in USA who is willing to file H1 in 2015. I need to work as a consultant.

So which option should I pick. Please let me know pros and cons of both the options.

Full time is always recommended when you have an option instead of switching different projects (as in consulting).

If you are more concerned about pay then go with consulting , if you are concerned about the security go with fulltime !

If you come from India MNc companies dont pay good amount when you are here. Consulting is better and flexible according to your needs
