Guys, I need a quick help regarding this:
My H1 was denied due to lack of client letter. My company filed for MTR by submitted the client letter. I know it takes at least 6 months to get to know about the decision. Anyway, my questions are
1) My OPT expires in Feb' 2015. Should I have to take January admissions? If so can I work on CPT with my current job and have to update to new university about my employment details? Will be my old sevis get cancelled?
2) If I get CPT from day1, I guess our sevis gets transferred. Meanwhile my MTR gets approved before march, can I come back to H1 on my old sevis?
3) If I can not get to know the MTR decision by march, I may file for H1 again for FY 2016. During that time, do I need to apply with my second masters degree or first masters degree? I heard that RFE will be definitely issued if we do from these CPT universities. Is it risky?
