H1B transfer

I joined consultancy in January 2014 and went to client location for work in June 2014. They filed my H1B and I am currently on H1B from October. I have the payrolls from June, but to transfer H1B to another company do I need to show USCIS only the payrolls and copy of my H1B along with offer letter of new employer ? Please kindly help to clarify this question
