My fellow brother and sisters:
I have a situation for a friend:
He came to the US on an F1 visa in the month of June 2014. And since then he has enrolled for an ESL course.
I would like to know if a future employer files and H1 b for him in the coming year- 2015 ( I think 1st April is the date, correct me if I am wrong),
will he be able to get all the benefits of an F1 student ( Like study, CPT, OPT after completion of graduation and OPT extension)while working on an H1B?
If his future employer dumps him in the middle of the year, can he switch back to his F1 status?/
What is the fee and date for filing H1 in 2015. At least I need the estimated cost.
