Hi I am on H1 and want to know if I can sell Windows phone apps or not (I am registered as windows phone developer). Does selling apps require me to be a US citizen or Green card holder? Also does it require me to open a open a new company in order to sell apps or work as an Independent contractor with Microsoft? In case if I get another job (with any other company), will I be able to continue selling apps?
