H1 approved and after that OPT STEM Extension also approved

Hi My H1 B got approved and started from Oct1 2014 and I applied OPT Extension while my H1 is pending, now it is also approved, I have some doubts
1. will it be a problem for my status
2. Will my status remain in H1 B or will it get changed to OPT again
3. Do I need to call USCIS regarding this or cancel any of those.

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
