Filing for H1B without Client Letter. As per school-Have to leave US,if H1B not appro

Hello..My opt is gonna get over in May 15, 2013 and i am working as a contractor. I am planning to apply H1-B this April but I dont have a client letter and there might be less chances to get approved. I have asked my college that once we apply for H1 till when we will be getting cap gap extension and they said till July and they said with in july if your h1 is not approved then you have to leave states. and they said after that you cannot convert into CPT again and takeup some course to main the visa status

Please help me to find some other way to maintain my visa status !!

As end client cant provide an client letter you can ask the prime to get an email from the manager (or) you can use your project emails from reporting manager as proof for H1B filing in current qouta.

H1...
as per my info....if he get approved he can work till Oct and after that also..which is Cap gap....if denied he can work till Opt expire date which is May'13....and then either need to go on CPT...thru some other college which allows CPT...have to pay tuition about 6K and all and apply for h1 next year...risky to go back home till next Oct... or back home...and apply from there....

Y don't u go back to student status again n work... Der r sum univ vch offer online courses... That's d best solution hurry up I hv seen couple if ds cases n ds is wat de hv done...
