    Hi

    My H1b got Approved on 17th

    now want to know further what to do, i don't have much idea and little bit tensed about stamping

    Are there any chances of rejection during stamping phase

    Kindly update me what i have to do after H1b approval

      You haven’t given enough information. Are you here in the U.S.? If so, was your H-1B filed as a change of status? If it was, then you don’t have to worry about stamping until after you have to travel.               If H1 is approved then stamping is not a problem.

                Stamping is a black box and one thing you can do from your side is be perfect in preparing the documents and try to get an answer to every positively question and for stamping you need to book your appointment that is the next step if wanted to go for stamping .

                  If you are in US and your I-797A approved then you don't need stamping right away to start working ! if you are outside US then you need to get stamping to enter to US !

                    Select a US consulate where u prefer to go. Go to the consulates page and fill ds 160 then book an appointment

                        Grandhi Karthik no need to worry about..just keep the documentation perfect like client letter; offer letters; if its in house carry the project documentation. As my consultants like 30 almost till now got approved and they said it went well n kool.

                          Hallo Every one Out in here my question is : There more students on F1 status who have come to this spring 2014 in USA, do these fellows get H1 after masters ? or if they wont get they have to repeat for masters again and again to get H1 ?
