  • H1b for non verified company

    Hi,
First of all, I want to thank desiopt for helping us when we are in most need. This site is very informative and helps us go through all the complicated process of studying and working in the usa process much easier.
I just started my opt after MHA degree and got two job offers but none of the companies are non-verified. I wonder if I work for a non-verified company,
    1. Can apply for h1b through non-verified company?
    2. If not, pursuing phd degree will increase my chances of getting h1b or GC?
    3. Is there anyone who got MHA degree and get H1B? If yes, which companies do I search for?
In health care industry, I have limited information regarding employment and future stay in the usa. Please advice me if you know any better career path.
Thank you for your time and any advice would be appreciated.

E-verify, at this time, is only required for companies that want to employ someone on STEM extension OPT. E-verify is not required for H-1B sponsors.
Have you spoke with the career advisor for your degree program at your university? They can provide you with good guidance about applying for jobs and the companies to look for.

Yes u can but chances of approvals are lame it's better that the company should be e- verified
PhD will increase you stay to study and research but not necessarily it garentee your GC so many factors come into play so beware of that .
I personally don't know but can try u can inbox u r contact if I came across anyone I can help u . All the best
