Working From Home : H1b or LCA amendment

I am working for a consulting company. I am currently with a end client from past 1 year. I was on OPT earlier and now I am on H1b. I am working from home from past one month but I am still in same town as my end client's location. I am getting married soon and want to move in with my spouse who state in a different state. I can work remotely without any problem to my end client.

1) Do i need to get H1b or LCA amendment?
2) what could be my other options?

You definitely need to get a new LCA (even just for the change to home office where you live right now) and most likely an amendment. An amendment is required whenever there are material changes in the employment that USCIS has approved. A change from working at the client-site to a home office situation may be considered a material change. You need to speak with an attorney immediately.

Nothing needed.. Make sure they run payroll in the end client location and use the same client city's local address to file taxes.
