Hi folks,
Firstly I would love to appreciate Desiopt for being the helping hand for many students and employees. I have a cousin who has applied for H1B this year and he received an RFE last week, and it would be wonderful if you guys could take a moment and respond to the same if u have an idea.
My cousin works for an employer at a client location and he has two vendors in between the employer and the client. One of the vendor has given a letter stating that his work is controlled by the end-client (which is not right, cuz his work is actually being controlled by the employer he works for). RFE states to provide clear documentation on the Employer-Employee relationship, but vendors are not ready to change the letter they earlier provided with. Rest all the documentation is accurate. What is my cousin supposed to do?
