I have previously seen that waiting is the only option. But I'm getting nervous. My employer filed me for H1b and in USCIS site it confirms received in April 10 and is still in initial review. In two weeks I will be out of status. Should I start packing? Should I stop working on Oct 1 if it is still in initial review?
