H1B Visa approved. Is it possible to change employer even before travelling to US?

Hi,

I had my H1B visa approved with Employer 'A' last year. I have not yet traveled to US.

If I want to change employer 'B', can i transfer the H1B also?

Or do I have to get any approval from Employer A ?

Can my employer 'A' can cancel my H1B ?

If you have been approved for H-1B, you should be able to transfer to a new employer. If you are abroad, then you are eligible as long as your H-1B was approved within the last 6 years or you were in H-1B status within the last 6 years.
Do you have any proof that your H-1B was approved, or even a receipt number? Did you get stamping done already? It will be very difficult for Employer B to prove you are cap-exempt if they cannot submit some type of proof that your H-1B was approved. You may have to file a Freedom of Information Act request with USCIS to gain information.
