My job got terminated from company x on Aug 13. My OPT expired in JULY. But I do have an approved H1b from company x and I am currently on cap gap. I found a new job with company Y, but found out that my h1b has been revoked on Sep 06.
1. Can Employer y apply for new h1b petition under cap exempt now ?
2. If the answer is yes to the above, what are my.chances of getting approved?
3. Worst case scenario, what are my options to continue to stay in the country ? Can you send me a link to universities that give admission throughout the year ? So you can get on cpt and find a job?
