H1B Stamping: Location Suggestions & Approval Rate

Hi All,

My H1B has been approved and it will be active from Oct 2014. I am travelling to India, end of November 2014 and i have to get my H1B stamping done.
Can anyone please suggest, what will be the best location for stamping? (Jamaica, Canada & India)
