Hi All,
I have applied for my H1B this year and received and RFE. I am a Masters student with science background and filled as a In-house project as i did not have a job.
first RFE is
1. evidence pertaining to the petitioner (business license, company profile, quarterly wage reports, w2 tax and wages, lease agreement)
2. H1B speciality occupation
3. In-house employment (copy of employment agreement b/w you and beneficiary, employment offer letter, copy of position description, federal income tax returns, evidence of sufficient space and equipment for beneficiary speciality occupation )
4. evidence pertaining to the proffered position (job description, standards for a speciality occupation position)
5. evidence pertaining to beneficiary qualifications (requirements for the position, evidence of professionalism, foreign educational credentials evaluation)
submitted all the documents as requested and 0n Aug 5 2014.
received a second RFE on Aug 14th 2014. I have no idea on the 2nd RFE as my employer did not receive it yet. Just wanted to know
Questions:
1) I have heard that a 2nd RFE is very rare and is sign of a sure denial. How far is this true?
2) is there any one in the same situation?
3) what are the chances that my application can get through?
4) anyone whose H1B has been approved after 2nd RFE?
Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
