ALthough USCIS has announced that they WILL be conducting a lottery; the lottery has not yet been conducted for either the US Master's Cap cases or the Bachelor's cases. USCIS should announce this week when they will hold the lottery. They will select Master's Cap cases first. Any Master's cap cases that are not selected in the Master's Cap lottery, will be added to the Bachelor's cap lottery.

And almost before it even started, FY2014 H-1B season is OVER. USCIS announced today that the cap has been reached. All H-1B's received this week will be subject to a lottery. So far we don't...
