Applying for H1B and getting married simultaneously

Hi,

Thanks for fantastic opportunity to discuss and share ideas. I have a few questions but here's my situation. I am on OPT now and will be applying for H1B through an employer next year by April 1st. I also plan to get married before that during spring break. Considering that I start my process early in 2015 and plan to leave the country in Feb/March to get married,

1. By when should I be back in USA for smooth and successful H1B application?
2. Can I also apply for my wife at the same time as a H4 dependent using overseas marriage certificate upon coming back to US?
3. Can she come on a visit visa (she already has it) and get married to me in the US before April 1st and apply together with me for H4?
4. Can she visit me on a visit visa and get married to me DURING my process somewhere around summer so I can apply for her before or after October 1st using US marriage certificate?

Please tell me what you all think and help me in this dilemma.

You can even apply for green card ,PR also

You don't have to be inside USA to apply for h1

Cause that's your employer who is applying , you are NOT applying

you can come back a week before April 1st for smooth H1B Application ! If you have valid OPT she can come on F2 !
