  • H1B renewal and Transfer after a gap and re-entering US

    Hello All,

I had H1B visa from Company A, from 2011 Oct. During my visit to India in Jan 2012, Visa stamping was done which is valid till 22nd July 2014. Due to budget cuts i lost the job and came back to India in may 2012 and Company A has withdrawn my H1B.

Now i got a job offer from Company B, they have started premium processing transfer of my H1B. I will receive the visa in a week. As it is a new offer, i do not have any pay checks.

    My questions are

    1. Is there a chance my visa gets rejected?

    2. Should i go to stamping again, as my previous company stamping is valid till 22nd July 2014 or i can come to US with the previous stamping?

    3. As i do not have pay checks or new stamping if the immigration officer in the US airport rejects me to enter US, can i go for stamping again and go back to USA?
