Planning for second Masters -- what would happen to my current H1?

Hi,
I am currently on H-1 Visa and I am planning to do second Masters. What will happen to my current H-1 Visa? Would I loose that H-1 or would I be able to gain that H-1 status after completing my Masters without having to go through the lottery system again?

Can we work 40 hours on h1 when enrolled part time

Yes you can work 40 hours no issues because it's a part time

Yes enrolling as a full time student again it will let your sevis transfer to the university again so it will be F1 status and your H1 is of no use then you no need to go through the H1 process again you can revoke it unless if you wanted to apply for a new one .

1. You will loose H1, if you enroll as a full time student. Your status changes back to F1. If you enroll as part time, you can study as well continue working on H1.

2. Lot of scenarios can happen. Better enroll part time
