H1B RFE Query

Hi

My H1B was picked in the lottery and was filed under premium processing/COS/Vermont. I had received an RFE from USCIS.

1. Once USCIS receives the requested documents, will my 15 day (premium processing) time period be reset ?

2. Once USCIS receives the requested documents, how much time will they take to again start reviewing my application ?

3. Once I get a decision, can I travel to India and come back before 1st Oct on F1 OPT ? How soon can I travel after getting a decision ?
Will I need the i797 original or scanned copy ?

3. You can travel but if u are on cap gap then it is not safe to travel out of country
4. a) Once your rfe got cleared b) till oct 1st u will be in f1 visa only right so u dont have worry about original or scanned copy of I 797
