Hi All
I finished my Masters in Non-Stem field and I utlised my one year of OPT and then again I enrolled into second masters in the field of Computer Science and completed 10 courses(need to finish 10 courses to graduate for my program). I am on CPT right now and my CPT ends on August 01, 2014. My H1-B petition was picked in the lottery and I got RFE. My attorney will respond as soon as she is ready with the paperwork, planning to upgrade to premium processing. Assuming my H1 gets approved, Do I need to enroll into courses or will i lose status if I dont?
Please advice if any has been through similar situation.
