Thanks for the previous posts and I appreciate for all the replies.
My h1 b is approved just a day before my OPT EXT expiry but dint get my cap gap i20 yet. H1b approved a week ago, due to issues with generation of cap gap i20, currently I'm on grace period from week days.
I was working with company A until grace period or my OPT Ext expiry date. Consultancy B applied for my H1 on my expenses and got approved last week. I don't have job offer with consultancy B and I recently got offer with new company C. I have following questions
1) Once my cap gap i20 issue is fixed can I join company C on cap gap i20 and will they be able to do H1 transfer on or before Oct 1st, as it is approved. 2) Or do I need to wait for H1 start date and work under consultancy B and start transfer process after H1 starts. 3) Can someone put light on how H1 transfer works.
