You have chances until you get your package back. I would not say you should have hopes but it is good if you start planning for your options. I would say, join another college for your second masters (If you already have a masters degree) and take a day 1 cpt option, where you can continue your job with your present employer. You can also look for opportunities in Canada, Europe etc in your field.

Start planning to take up admission in universities and to legally maintain your status... Do not lose hope as long as you do not receive a packet... Strange things happen here in the US... Hope is the only thing we can do right now... Make sure you are ready to change to F1 as you will only have 60 days from the date of expiry of your current EAD status.... Lets hope for the best

            1. Uscis mentioned that they may be issuing premium processing H1 receipts till 21 may and non PP till 30 May or so ( reference: via Twitter @ immigrationcom)
            2. Find univ to join in order to keep your sevis active

1 if it is premium then then mostly no .. Regular also u have very less chance ..
2 it is based on u r current visa and job status ..

dude if you applied in premium then no chance if you applied in regular also you have very less chance to keep hope better depending upon your EAD better to be ahead one step forward by applying for some good universities which can offer CPT from day one of your masters. But i say one thing personally do not loose hope until you get your packet back.
