Yes. If you already have a cap subjected H1 B approved you can use that later if you plan to change the company and work for a cap subjected company again!

I'm on OPT, valid til Jan 2015
My H1 got picked in lottery and approved under premium processing.
Now I got a job from non-profit which is cap-exempt. If I accept this offer and continue with cap-exempt H1, do I still counted under quota for future. If I want to switch between profit to non-profit, can I just go with H1 transfers, or do i still need to check my luck in another quota?Tags: None
