My DSO confirmed no change is reflected in SEVIS

"I am yet to receive my H1B receipt. Mine is master's/regular.
My DSO confirmed no change is reflected in Sevis. Could anyone please me tell me even if I haven't received my receipt but if I am already picked up in lottery then shouldn't it reflect in my sevis already? How does DSO get that information as in what is the time frame like? The moment your case is picked up in lottery? Should I still hope to receive the receipt?"

How about checking with your employer if the cheques were encashed... Have hope unless you hear back that your packet has been returned...
