H1B Approved! Can I change my Employer now, before the H1B is Active (Oct 1st)?

I am on my OPT-STEM extension, which is valid till Jan 2015. My current employer (Company A) has filed for H1B as of April 2014 and it has been Approved.
I would like to know if I can change my Employer now, i.e., before the H1B is active (Before Oct 1st 2014)?

If yes, And if in case USCIS rejects my new H1B application from Company B. Will my H1B from Company A still be Active? So that I can go back to that company.

Yes, a transfer can be filed and Yes, if you decide not to work for Comp B or the 2nd one is denied, you can still work for Comp A as long as they have not revoked or cancelled their H-1B.
