H1B Stamping in Canada even before H1B starts

Hello,
I am currently on OPT extension, My OPT expires next year. My H1B petition this year has been approved for 3 years. I am looking to get my H1B stamped even before my H1B in oct 2014 starts. I would like to do this because, My current client has been very cooperative and ready to provide me client letter for the stamping. The project will end on sept 28. So dont want to miss this opportunity. I would like to get it stamped and would like to be on safer side.


Any suggestions on how to go ahead with this and the best time to go for stamping before my H1B starts.

1 they could cancel u r f1 Without Prejudice depends on u r visa officer ..

Not sure if that is possible! You won't be on H1B until oct1st.

Since you got your H1 B approved, u r good to go for visa interview but your F1 will get terminated and you can re enter only 10 days before to oct 1, 2014

U can go for stamping before 1 month to ur h1 start date
U said that ur project going to end on sept 28th u can go to stamping 1st week of sept and finish it up

The same situation with me.. My OPT will get expired on May 12th and i will be on Cap-Gap I-20 till Oct. So i was wondering if i could still go for Stamping somewhere around September. Thanks!
