H1B Premium Processing - How are RFE details sent?

VIA Fax to Attorney and Via mail to employer (1 week). They are just sending an insane request for evidence such as about 5-6 additional documents. My employer is already pissed off as why USCIS is asking so many privacy documents for just H1B visa processing. Good luck on your RFE.

For premium, I got it via fax too. Timeline depends. It will be stated in RFE.

1. Since yours is premium processing, I would assume that your attorney will get an email about the same.(it typically includes status updates and rfe)
3. Timeline depends upon the type of rfe

2 2-5 days .. time line depends on rfe

Hi,

I got RFE on my H1B application(FY2015). It's under Premium Processing.

Can someone tell me how are the details RFE sent - Fax/Email/Postal and how long it typically takes for the details to be sent after the status update on the USCIS website? I'd also like to know the timeline given for a response from my end.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
