USPS. I have done business with all 3 regularly and there is no difference if shipping within USA. However if you are using Next day or 2nd day then you need UPS & Fedex. If shipping regular then USPS... Remember next physical state will deliver next day, 3 states away (radius) will deliver in 2nd day, and +3 states will deliver 3rd day.
