Hi, thanks for the previous posts and useful info. I have following situation.
My company is not providing me h1. My h1 petition is going to be filed by another company/employer. And this new employer is offering me job from october 1st which is official start date of h1.
Can I work for the current employer till October 1st including on cap gap period(i'll be in cap gap period from may-sep up on h1 petition acceptance)?
Any sort of information is helpful and greatly appreciated.
