How many OPT students will apply H1B FY 2015?

"Hi my company is applying for H1B this year. I was wondering what are my chances of getting H1B. How many people applied under STEM and in total?"

Q: For some reason if some one looses F1 status/OPT status, r we still eligible to file H1 under masters quota the following year?
