Our Head Quarters is e-verified and I don't know whether our branch is e-verified or not? So, Should it be e-verified for filing my H-1B application?

Really. I thought it was mandatory. Is it mandatory if you are working on OPT(?) because I know for some reason e-verification is absolute necessity.Comment

for STEM extension itself you have to work for an e-verify company and obviously for H1 tooComment
