H1B FY 2015 Cap Season updates from various sources:

Greater demand for H-1Bs than in 2013. H1B quota could be exhausted in less than seven days, perhaps even on April 1 itself.

USCIS anticipates a “fairly robust season”, they are planning appropriately to be able to handle the volume.

Employers who wish to file on April 1 should plan to send their cap-subject cases to USCIS no later than Monday, March 31 for next-day delivery

Even when employees may extend their OPT, it is advised to file an H-1B for Fiscal Year 2015

It's unfair to not increase the quota for US degree holders

It does not matter if your applications reach on April 1st or not. USCIS will continue accepting applications for 5 business days (April 1- April 7) and consider all the applications for lottery..
