Can we apply for H1B with a provisional degree?

Can we file H1B with a provisional B.Tech certificate from Indian University? I do not have the original diploma and the university is currently not accepting applications. Need to file H1B in April. Please help.

**Can you elaborate above statement. What does Original Diploma mean? What does 'university is currently not accepting applications' mean?
- Are you in US or India?
- Are you pursuing graduate program in US?
- Is your employer willing to sponsor H1B? Did you talk to Employer Attorney?

I am working full time for a very reputed company in the US and they are ready to sponsor my H1b. I graduated with a master's last year. I did my bachelors in India and by Original degree I mean the diploma for my bachelors. I graduated back in 2011 and the umiversity is not accepting applications for the diploma for my batch.

Question 2: Please clarify- 'I graduated with a master's last year'- Did you get Master's Degree certificate?
Question 3: Do you want to apply for H1B with Master's Degree certificate or Bachelors certificate?

It’s possible, but you must have transcripts and obtain an education evaluation. You cannot submit H-1B without education evaluation since you have foreign education.
