Iz it better to apply H1 now in April 2014 or next year April 2015?

Hi there,

I m doing MBA MIS...n will b graduating this May 2014. I have not applied for OPT yet, suppose If my opt start date is in May and if I file my H1 in next April 2015 which will be my 11th month of my opt...... in May 2015 my opt ends..... but H1 approval comes in October. ....

1.So my question is that I won't b able to work from May2015 till October2015 ...m I right,????? Or wrong. during that period on what status will I be? ......

2. If I wanna apply H1 in April 2014 what will I need as I m on F1 visa.

3. What other options I have. ....... iz it better to apply H1 now n April 2014 or next year April 2015?

4. Does MBA MIS OPT extendable.

5. I will be working as AIX administrator after doing MBA MIS. Will that be ok?
