H4 Visa --> H1 Visa, How difficult?

I am currently living is US under H4(dependent) visa.I have a 4 years computer degree.I am looking forward to migrate to H1 visa this april.Could you please help me find answers to how difficult it is to move from H4 visa to H1 visa?

You should have a Job and the employer must sponsor H1B immediately..

without work permit no one will give job ...with out job no one will sponsor H1B ...inhouse projects they can only sponsor h1b

In the current market it is difficult to find a sponsor but don't get discouraged, keep trying

try in start up consulting company they will do if u (h4 visa) go with reference then sure they'll help you ...
