Will I be able to enroll in Masters Degree Program without changing my H1-B visa status?

I have a question regarding to the H1B visa. If I am on H1-B visa on the bachelors degree, Will I be able to enroll in masters degree program without changing my H1-B visa status?

I am not sure but I guess H1B visa holders are waived to re-appear for F1 visa interview, they will just approve your visa, but you have to apply and get a F1 student visa. [I am not sure about this, please confirm from some reliable source]
