H1b Pay Stubs

I got a job through consultancy and they are willing to pay me an hourly rate. I want to know for filing H1b during next year will it get affected at USCIS as in my pay stub it will show an hourly rate rather than a fixed salary. Also in the offer letter they have written the annual salary calculating it on hourly basis. Will that affect during my H1b? Also I have my insurance in my husband's company so if I dont take insurance plan from this consultancy will it affect my next year H1b, although on their offer letter they have offered me insurance and other benefits? I am currently on my OPT and will file for H1b during next year.
Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
