Consultant who deals with H4 candidate for H1B sponsorship.

Hi Friends,

I am in IT field with 4 years of exp from India and recently moved to USA on H4 visa. To continue my career over here, I want work permit by H1B or CPT/OPT. I have already done masters from India, so not much interested doing it again over here though it is the last option for getting on visa status. But I wanna take chance for H4 -> H1B first. For consultants I heard that we cannot blindly trust them. So, anybody have personal or friends' experience who has done H4-> H1B through consultant? I need all such proper consultant contacts whom I can contact from January and any of them can file my H1B in April,2014.
