Does a course repeat on transcript affect chances of getting a job?

Hi
I am master's student.In my first semester I got D grade for a course and so repeated it and got A.Does this course repeat affect on the chances of getting a job?My GPA is 3.55

Most employers don't even look at ur transcripts most of the times..

If you are going to consulting firm, it doesn't matter. If you are going for client, then client may or may not look.

They do look at it, but almost all of them look for a GPA of min 3.0/4.0
