Change of status from H-4 to F-1:

Approved, but did not receive my I-20. What should be done?

I had applied for a change of status from H-4 to F-1 this summer.I got my Approval notice on the 3rd of June saying my case was approved but I have not received my I-20(the I-20 stamped from USCIS yet).I called them and raised an SR for the same.Do you think I am on the right track or anything else needs to be done? Your input would be appreciated.

Your school should give u i20 not uscis

Even I got my approval on 19 of June 2013, I didn't received any i20 again, I asked my friends & attorney they told me that uscis changed their rules now a days they stopped sending i20 stamped so if u r already enrolled in a college submit a copy of your f1 approval to college & get a new i20 from college on f1 status, the last date for your f1 status will be on i20
