Can I work for more than 40 Hours in Summer?

Looks true. I do not find any mention of "40" either in UIC website or in http://www.uscis.gov/ilink/docView/S...0-0-17800.html

during Summer you can work any number of hours on CPT. My employer mentioned my work hours per week as "40+", which my DSO approved without any questions. Also, I confirmed it with my academic advisor and she said, you can work any number of hours during summer, as long as you aren't registered for a course.
Safest bet will be to ask you school's International Students services.

Yes you can I worked more than 40 in summer on CPT....I also got OPT now without any problem

ON CPT related to your field of study YES you can. On campus jobs without CPT you cannot as far as i know

I even found out with my International advisor about this.....I recommend you the same thing, to find out with International program advisor....

I am a F1 student and I have 2 on campus jobs. This being the Summer session can I work more than 40 hours?
