Loss of acics accreditation-effect on students

Hello,

I am a student of silicon valley university and i am graduating this fall december 2016. I am going to apply the opt now. It will be helpful for me if you could address my questions below and give me suggestions on what to be done.

1) can i apply for opt and opt extension after this 12 months opt?
2) can i apply for the h1 visa as i have graduated from university when it still has the accreditation?

I think u can apply h1b with not much problem not very sure about extension.
