F-1 Visa stamping for new univ wile travel to India

Hi,

I am on OPT-EAD right now which is valid untill Feb 02 2017, I must travel to India for 2 weeks cause of my sisters marriage. I have already got an admit from Harrisburg University (2nd Masters) and would be joining on Jan 6th with Day 1 CPT. I have my F-1 visa valid untill 2018, although the F-1 stamp has MCPHS Univ (My previous masters), I have heard that travelling in such cases to india with different school name on F-1 visa stamp would require a new stamping to re-enter into Unites States. Can anyone help me if you have or had any experiences such as my case ?

Also, My H1 was picked but denied as client letter was not provided by client to my employer. (Will this effect my re-entry to US or stamping of new f-1 visa if required)

I would highly appreciate if anyone can help me through this. Thanks!!!

You do not require new stamping as you have the visa which is valid and you have an active Sevis.
